In practice

We collect the minimum information needed to assess and treat you safely, and to meet our legal record-keeping obligations. Records are held on secure systems with access limited to those who need it.

We will share information with a receiving hospital or ambulance service so that your care can continue safely. We will share information without your consent only where the law requires it, or where there is a serious risk to you or another person — for example a safeguarding concern.

You have rights over your personal data, including the right to ask for a copy of it. Our Data Protection Lead can be contacted at dpo@filmandeventsmedicalservices.com.

Planning a production or event?

Tell us the dates, the location and what you are filming or staging. Our operations team will advise on the level of medical provision your activity is likely to require.
