Terms and Conditions
The contractual terms applying to service bookings, medical provision and vehicle hire.
These terms apply to all bookings unless varied in a signed written agreement. Quotations are valid for 30 days and are based on the information supplied by the client at the time of enquiry.
Where the activity, attendance or risk profile changes materially from the information given, the medical provision and the price may need to be revised.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
