We process health data under Article 6(1)(c)/(d) and Article 9(2)(h) of the UK GDPR — the provision of health care and the management of health care services — and under the common law duty of confidentiality.
Clinical records are retained in line with the NHS Records Management Code of Practice. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk if you are unhappy with how we have handled your data.
